I think that the motives of the APD and the DA's office should be questioned. My husband, Roy Rose was hospitalized with cardiac problems the first time he was scheduled to appear @ the Travis County Grand Jury. He had also recanted his earlier statement about Rob Springsteen 'bragging' about the murders. In his recantation he said the APD fed him information about the murders and coerced the original statement from him by threatening him with prison. Greg Cox DA for Travis County knew Roy was too ill to appear the first time he was to appear. He still had my husband arrested, kept in jail, and flown to Texas. Roy was then kept in jail in Texas where detectives again 'spoke' with him regarding his testimony at the grand jury. If Greg Cox wanted to hear the truth from Roy why did he put a sick man in jail for days and then give the APD exclusive access to him before appearing? The APD got our names from Rob Springsteen. If Rob had EVER bragged to us about anything-Why would he give the APD our names? We both believe Rob Springsteen is innocent of these crimes and that the APD is manufacturing a case against him. and look under Families & Affidavits to see how we've been treated because of the APD.
